Mystical Lapland Forest<\/h1>\n\n\n

Step away from the rush of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming silence of the forest, or spend an active and memorable day together with the whole family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mystical Lapland Forest is an approximately 200-metre-long experiential trail, beautifully illuminated with rich, atmospheric and highly photogenic light installations and scenes. The trail guides visitors through a snowy landscape where you can pause, breathe in some of the purest air in the world, and feel the powerful presence of nature all around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along the route, you\u2019ll find a long, illuminated sledding hill that offers plenty of excitement for both adults and children. At the top of the hill, there are several well-equipped and atmospheric campfire spots, where you can enjoy hot drinks and prepare food while sitting warmly on reindeer furs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mystical Lapland Forest offers a moment for grounding, relaxation, and connection with nature. There is no time limit on the trail, so you are free to spend exactly as much time as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The whole family can enjoy sledding down the long slope through the forest, with sleds available for free use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets can be booked daily for visits between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We are open according to reservations. Please note that all visitors must leave the area by 8:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of opening hours, it is possible to book a private lean-to shelter (laavu) for exclusive use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mystical Lapland Forest is designed for the entire family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driving instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ounasjoen it\u00e4puolentie 828, Rovaniemi<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity is located approximately 14 km from Rovaniemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start from Rovaniemi city center and head towards the Ivalo \/ Kemij\u00e4rvi \/ Airport ramp.
Enter the ramp and continue straight for 1.3 km.
Take the exit towards Kuusamo \/ Saarenkyl\u00e4 \/ Meltauks and continue for 350 m.
Turn left onto Kuusamontie \/ Route 81.
Continue on this road for 8.4 km.
Turn right \u2014 at the junction you will see a wooden sign with an arrow saying \u201cMystical Lapland Forest.\u201d<\/strong>
Continue for 1.5 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
